What is MinuteCon?

Welcome to a brand new hacker conference built for the curious minds who push the boundaries of technology. A gathering tailored for hackers of all backgrounds who thrive on deep technical exploration.

Unlike large, nationally affiliated events, this independent conference is deeply rooted in the spirit and community of New England. It proudly honors Boston’s rich hacker history, paying tribute to legendary collectives like L0pht while connecting that legacy to today’s cutting-edge research and tomorrow’s breakthroughs. Here, seasoned professionals, researchers, and passionate technologists come together to exchange ideas, dissect complex challenges, and share original findings that shape the future of cybersecurity and technology.

What We Cover

MinuteCon is broad by design. Security is a field of specialists who need to talk to each other.

Offensive Security Exploitation, red team tradecraft, novel attack research and tooling. If you built it to break things, we want to hear about it.
Defense & Detection Threat hunting, incident response, and blue team operational tooling. The people holding the line deserve the same stage as the people crossing it.
Application Security Web, mobile, and API vulnerabilities. Secure-by-design architecture. The bugs that keep shipping because no one talks about why.
Hardware & Embedded IoT, firmware analysis, RF, and physical security research. The attack surface nobody patches.
AI Security Attacking and defending machine learning systems: model exploitation, prompt injection, data poisoning, and securing the tools everyone is suddenly shipping to production.
Policy Where security meets law, regulation, and disclosure. The rules that shape what researchers are allowed to do, and the people writing them.
